Where healing meets possibilities

Step into a weekend of healing, reflection, and reconnection. Our trauma-informed therapy retreat is designed to help you pause, listen inwardly, and make space for meaningful change.

How we can help

At Hampton Therapy, our retreats are designed to offer transformative healing through the integration of EMDR and creative therapy. We provide a safe, nurturing space where individuals can reconnect with themselves, process trauma, and rediscover resilience. Through evidence-based practices and expressive modalities, we empower participants to move beyond survival and into a life of authenticity, creativity, and emotional freedom.

EMDR Therapy

A powerful therapeutic approach that helps the mind heal from distressing experiences such as trauma, anxiety, and burnout. EMDR therapy utilises your brain's natural coping mechanisms to help you process difficult memories and move towards emotional freedom.

Creative Psychotherapy

For when words feel limiting, this approach integrates creative expression with therapy to explore your inner world. It is a powerful way to unlock emotions, foster self-awareness, and find empowerment in your healing, with no artistic skill needed.

FAQs

Here are some common questions about our retreats and the experiences we offer.

Do I need to have a specific issue or trauma to attend?

Not at all. This retreat is designed to support anyone interested in exploring their inner emotional landscape. While some participants may be navigating recovery from trauma, burnout, or the overwhelm of everyday life, others may simply feel the need to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Whether you are seeking clarity, rest, or personal growth, this retreat offers a nurturing space and thoughtful resources to guide your journey.

Is this for me if I have never done therapy before?

You do not need to have experienced therapy previously; this is the perfect opportunity to gently experience therapy and how it may be helpful to you. The beauty of therapy is it meets you where you are at regardless of experience. We just ask for an openness and willingness to explore your internal narrative.

I have been in therapy for years, is this for me?

Yes, this would be an opportunity to take stock and reflect on your therapeutic journey and deepen your connection with yourself.

We highly recommend attending all therapy sessions as they are designed to build upon one another. However, all yoga and meditation sessions are optional, so please feel free to rest if you need to.
